How Sharp Is Sharp?

June 14th, 2008 |

That’s the question I get asked a few times from email about photography. It’s weird how I get all these questions, when I’m not even a pro yet! LOL..

But it’s always an honour to receive those kinds of questions! :)

And anyway.. my answer would be “sharp enough for it to look real, but doesn’t look like it’s over done.”

Does it make sense?

My New Favourite Dish

June 7th, 2008 |

Pandan Chicken

Pandan Chicken!

No, not a dish done by WC. It’s one of the dishes from Mango Cafe here in Kota Kinabalu!

I am seriously craving for more of this yummy food! Perhaps I’ll drop by there again tonight..

Orchid From The Garden

June 6th, 2008 |

Went out to the garden to take photos of my mom’s orchids today, and man, was the weather hot or what?! I can feel my skin being burned by the scorching hot sun as I took the photos!

To those of you who are pissed at the overly hot sun as well, here is a photo for your eyes to cool down on; one of the photos that I took today.

Orchids

Instead of the conventional front and straight phototaking of flowers, I wanted to try a different angle by taking it from behind instead. What do you guys think?
